These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brux Waffles website and your placement of orders through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. About Us
Brux Waffles is a food and beverage delivery business operating from 30/36 Malasekera Mawatha, Colombo 7, Sri Lanka. We specialise in freshly made Brussels waffles delivered directly to your door.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or place an order on our website. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Orders placed on behalf of minors under 13 must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Ordering
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. By completing checkout and making payment, you submit a binding order. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable or if your delivery address falls outside our range), in which case you will receive a full refund.
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within a 7.5 km radius of our base in Colombo 7. You can verify your address falls within our delivery zone using the delivery map on our website.
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 30–45 minutes from order confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. We cannot guarantee re-delivery of unattended orders.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayHere, a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka. We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by PayHere. Your payment details are entered directly on PayHere’s platform and are never stored by Brux Waffles.
Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of successful payment. If a payment fails, your order will not be processed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and eligible refunds.
7. User Accounts
You may create an account to save your delivery address and view your order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be misused, used fraudulently, or in violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Brux Waffles and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brux Waffles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or service. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
