Refund Policy

At Brux Waffles, every order is hand-crafted fresh upon receipt. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we follow the policy below to ensure fairness for both our customers and our kitchen team.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided preparation has not yet begun. To cancel, please call or message us immediately via the contact details listed on our website.
Once the 5-minute window has passed or preparation has started — whichever comes first — we are unable to accept cancellations and no refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Orders
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
- Order cancelled after the 5-minute window or after preparation has begun.
- Change of mind after preparation has started.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location at the time of arrival.
- Dislike of taste or personal preference.
3. Eligible Refunds
A full refund will be issued if:
- You received the wrong order (different items than what you ordered).
- Your order arrived in a visibly damaged or inedible condition.
- Your order was not delivered despite a successful payment.
To raise a refund claim, please contact us at admin@brux.lk within 24 hours of the delivery, with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photo evidence may be requested.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
